Prior to being a part of the founding team at Modern Wealth, Roth was a managing director at Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management. Between 2005 and 2019, he also served as Chief Business Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at United Capital, where he was part of the team that built, scaled, and sold United Capital—a $25 billion RIA with 90 locations—to Goldman Sachs for $750 million.
